Delivery on standard items is normally within seven working days (but often much quicker). Prices of carriage do vary from product to product we therefore include the cost of shipping in all products for delivery to 'MOST' UK Mainland AREAS. However, other areas will carry a surcharge - please check the delivery details at checkout.
We will thank you for your order whether an old or new Podderz and will notify you by email when your order is received and ready to go . . . Occasionally, as various carriers are used for delivery, factors outside the control of PetzPodz can delay your order after despatch. Your patience in these circumstances is greatly appreciated.
Medium and Large pallets will be delivered on pallets right to your doorstep and, in the event of returns, we request you hold onto your pallet for return delivery. (Please see our returns policy for further detail). Please ensure a signature is made on the drivers portable device or manual manifest upon delivery of your PetzPodz product and in the unfortunate event of damage to the packaging of your item please do sign the manifest / portable device as 'damaged'. Failure to do so may effect your refund request in the event of a return.
